A little side project for a bunch of legends in Western Victoria. The 2016 Boomtown Red No3 is a blend of Nero d’avola, Shiraz and Pinot Gris. The Gris was co-fermented with both the Nero and the Shiraz, however Shiraz and Nero where kept separate from one another. The with is a about dark fruits coupled with a lightness on the palate. Its light enough to be enjoyed on its own, but structured enough to work well with food.
