2016 Anne et Jean-François Ganevat Fortbeau
All of Ganevat's wines are biodynamic.
Whole bunch ferment, no racking and all whites go through malolactic fermentation. Only a touch of preservative used at bottling. All wines are bottled in the summer, two years after the harvest. This is Chardonnay from a vineyard not owned but managed by the family, in the Jura.
