2015 Tue Boeuf Le Petit Buisson
Wines made by Thierry Puzelat and his brother Jean-Marie in one of the oldest regions in the world. Le Petit Buisson is Sauvignon Blanc produced from old vines from a lieu-dit rich in quartz, and in the superb 2015 vintage it is really quite something, vintage and quality like this only reallhappens twice a decade. It is beautifully fresh, tight and elegant with lovely texture and fragrance. Wonderfully refreshing, contemplative, satisfying and incredibly drinkable - this would be at home in a wine bar and a fine dining restaurant as it has both easy charm and fine character.
