Spends 14 days on skins. Natural ferment, 16 months on lees, no filtering or fining, organic farm, nothing added. You know the drill. Ruddy coloured in the glass. Beautiful perfume that smells more of exotic spices than anything else, though you could say pear and pepper is in the mix too. Slurpy textured, light chalky tannin profile, juicy acidity, cornucopia of spice and flavour. Length, complexity, personality. So much going on here. A serious wine. Mike Bennie - The Wine Front
