2015 La Ginestra Lea



Up until the 1800s, Canaiolo Nero was integral to the wines of Chianti, and was held in high regard.
It was then overtaken by Sangiovese and the rest is history - Canaiolo is harder to grow as well. Ginestra grow theirs organically on their co-op. It's medium weighted, soft and textured and loves a gentle chill. Enjoy. You're welcome.
