Our favourite Prosecco is back! All the fruit is hand harvested and then destemmed pretty much straight away. Light skin contact and a slow press into concrete vats, where fermentation takes place - naturally. No fining or filtration takes place. The yeast fermentation continues in the bottle with residual sugar. Bottle aged for at least 6 months before being released. Soooo light, dry and enjoyable!
