100% Cabernet Franc from old vines in limestone and clay. 50% traditional vinification and 50% carbonic maceration. A little reductive at first, but then, crushed rock, snappy red cherry fruit, fresh turf and fennel seed. The malo fermentation is almost non-existent aromatically. Plenty of verve and crunch. Very well integrated, sneaky tannins and fresh acidity. Really lovely and bright, almost Cru Beaujolais.
