The classic city slicker moving to the country story once again... Francesco Cirelli was working in finance and decided he'd had enough and wanted to work with a vineyard making wine. He found the perfect site near Abruzzo, where his family was originally from and voila! This Trebb is fermented and aged in stainless steel - there's no fining or filtering so there may be a few "characters" in your glass. Green apples and lemon peel. Really good.
