Pablo Cianferoni is a certified organic producer in Radda, the heart of Chianti.
This wine is an ode to a traditional style of Chianti with the addition of Malvasia (10%) and Trebbiano (10%) as well as Sangiovese to create a dark, juicy and drinkable red. Fermented in concrete and aged in tank, this wine is fermented with wild yeasts and no additions other than minimal sulphur at bottling. Rich red cherry and plum fruit with savoury cured meat on the palate and fine tannin structure.
