This is a pure, juicy, floral, fruity little rosé. Made using a technique called levata di cappello - during pressing, the must is removed from the skins at just the right moment - normally after just a few hours. This gives the wine its brilliant colour. It's a blend of Groppello and Marzemino, which are indigenous to the Veneto, and some Sangiovese and Barbera. A no brainer.
