Poderi e Cantine Oddero is a historic brand among Barolo producers. Their foundation dates back to the late eighteenth century, when their ancestors cultivated vines in the municipality of La Morra. This Barbera sees fermentation and maceration for about 15 days in stainless steel containers, followed by malolactic fermentation in November. Aging in French oak barrels of 50 Hl for a 40%, for a 60% in small barrels of 225 l. Aging duration is 18 months, assembly in spring, bottling in summer. Seriously good juice.
