2014 Les Maisons Brûlées Érèbe
Based in Pouillé, Paul and Corrine Gillet farm 8 hectares of biodynamic vineyards, using no additives whatsoever in the winemaking process. A blend of 70% Côt and 30% Cabernet Franc, co-macerated for 2.5 weeks. Dark spicy nose, lots of earth and dark fruits. The aromas open up and leave a big smile on your face. Restrained and fresh, with beautiful chalky tannins. Healing and uplifting.
