2014 Instantanée Blanc De Noirs

The Huré brothers have done it again!
A champagne that is made every year to provide a snapshot or ‘L’Instantanée’ of that current vintage. This iteration is a Blanc De Noirs, made up of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier and is aged for 7+ years on lees with very little dosage. Brioche, toasted almonds and a touch of citrus fruits with this one. A delight. Better take a picture, it will last longer.
