2014 CLO Rising Chardonnay (500ml)
For those of you into the weirder / heavier styles.
Chardonnay from the Yarra Valley that spent spent 2 weeks on skins and then 2 years in foudre. Sulfur free. The wine is reminiscent of dill pickles and apricot puree with similar textures on the palate too. Needs food and is especially good with antipasto platters. It's different and good.
