A twelfth generation sake brewery founded by the Yoshikubo family in Ibaraki Prefecture in 1790 and run by Hiroyuki 'Seizaburo' Yoshikubo to this day.
A hint of pineapple fragrance, and toward the sweeter side of the palate but with a precise acidity making this a very well balanced sake. Best served chilled, but also perfect up to around 45 degrees for those who prefer it warm.
