This Joven (meaning 'young' or 'un-aged') is made with perfectly ripe, sustainable Espadín agave, double distilled in the Santiago Matatlan Valley of Oaxaca, Mexico. Full bodied agave flavor. Light smoke, lingering heat. Ideal for cocktails or perfect on its own.
