New wines out of Coghills Creek!
A few things happening out of the shed at Eastern Peake/Latta Vino these days! Dave’s been there with Owen for a few years now, and this is his first solo release. We’ve got to spend time with Dave the last few vintages and have been eagerly awaiting this release. Organic Syrah grown in the Landsborough Valley, Pyrenees. 100% destemmed, basket pressed, barrel fermented, elévage in neutral french oak barrique for 6 months. Unfined, unfiltered. Great bloke, great wine!
