2021 Volpe Rosa

From seventy five year old vines planted with a rare kind of Coda di Volpe some 500 metres above sea level.
This spent two days on skins, before being pressed off to a mix of sandstone amphorae and chestnut casks for élevage. A little more open and fruit forward than recent vintages, this really impresses with a cascade little red fruits, blood orange and spice. Tutto Wines
