Barbera from the Adelaide Hills.
Whole bunch direct press. 100% stainless. Wild acid, heaps of pithy blood Orange and grapefruit. Pretty intense wine, but we love it. It’s rosé with muscles. All wines are made with no additions besides a touch of so2 post malo.
