All these wines are from the Yarra Valley, use old oak, wild yeast, and the only addition is sulphur.
Inspired by the darker rosado wines of Italy, Clairet wines of Bordeaux and rosé wines of Tavel. Tastes of red fruits; macerated strawberry, ripe raspberry and rhubarb. Florals of rose petal and red frogs. Palate is slurpy, both crunchy and soft. Mouth filling and moreish.
