He's a mate of Travis Tausend's - they actually share some winery space. Simon has been described to me as "the maddest chiller" lol. 50/50 co fermented Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Aged in a mixture of old oak and tank, with zero adds. Deep fruit yet fresh.
