Garcia Perez is made up of brothers Fernando and Pedro with a little help from good friend Danilo Marcucci of Della Staffa. Their vineyard is based in the Manchuela region of Murcia, Spain and is surrounded by thyme and rosemary from the national park it backs onto. Under the guidance of Danillo, they look to create wine free of any chemicals and provide a snapshot of the area they have grown up. The 2021 Tinto is made from 100% Bobal macerated for 2 days then aged in stainless steel. Chocolate and stewed fruits a plenty, yet light on its feet.
