2021 Picnic

Direct press Merlot from our leased 30-40 year old vineyard in Seville. Clay loam, secluded site with mountain surrounds. First harvest after taking it over so there was great satisfaction after the hard work we put into it (hadn’t been managed the previous year). Small site just under a hectare, picked about 800kg for this cuvée. 7-months in tank.
