This was 300 litres of whole bunch, carbonic cabernet and 200 litres of destemmed merlot. A magic blend. Juicy, bright, plummy fruit with white pepper and briary notes. Has a nice chew to the wine, brisk acidity, fine powdery tannin profile but an incredible freshness and brightness. It’s a light but finely wrought red, not complex or finessed, but full of deliciousness and general fun that speaks loudly of summer and Australia. Unreal. Mike Bennie - The Wine Front
