2017 Jeffery Wines Vaughan Springs Syrah
Notes from the maker, Nick Jeffery... Syrah grown at Vaughan Springs Vineyard. I have farmed this vineyard for three years now with no synthetic herbicides or pesticides and no irrigation. 75% was whole bunch fermented for 28 days in stainless tank, and 25% was crushed and macerated for 12 days on skins. Pressed to an old puncheon and an old barrique and left untouched for 18 months.
