An Italian couple from Piedmonte who after moving to Barcelona 25 years ago, needed to be reconnected with the land. Certified organic using indigenous and near extinct grape varieties. The key components of their wines is freshness, precision, low alcohol and high acidity. These are wines made to be drunk. This is a blend of (yikes) Samso, Garrut, Trepat, Ull de Perdiu, Queixal de Llop, Sumoll and Garnatxa Negra.
