Garcia Perez is made up of brothers Fernando and Pedro, with a little help from good friend Danilo Marcucci of Della Staffa. Their vineyard is based in the Manchuela region of Murcia, Spain and is surrounded by thyme and rosemary from the national park it backs onto. Under the guidance of Danillo, they look to create wine free of any chemicals and provide a snapshot of the area they have grown up. The 2021 Blanco is 100% Macabeo grown on clay and on skins for thirteen days. Super aromatic and herbal on the nose and a long dry finish. Plenty of spices, plenty of fruits. Honeydew topped with aniseed.
