Notes from Pat..:
Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon are picked on the same day and fermented together for four weeks. The Cabernet is picked two weeks earlier and pressed directly to ceramic egg where it remains until the wine is assembled. Aromatically the wine is bright and savoury. The palate is powerful with bright grapefruit and melon. The wine then savours off to a supple finish.
