Passionfruit Hot Sauce (150ml)

Each element in this hot sauce was given time to ferment separately before being blended with Lirah (QLD) and Gaga's (VIC) apple cider vinegar to stabilise. This batch (Feb 2022) contains the highest percentage of orange habanero and passionfruit yet, so this time we added fermented long red chillies to temper the spice to a balanced level. There’s no added sugar, thickeners, stabilisers, gums. Its complex sourness and bite is perfect to cut through fatty meats, oysters, or rich sauteed mushrooms with butter and herbs. Pour it over rice and beans if they need a serious lift.
