Morgan Mcglone (Belle's Hot Chicken etc...) started this project out as a hobby.
He couldn't find a decent fermentation pot, so decided to make one. COVID ramped up the amount of time he was able to spend on pottery, and now we're very privileged to be able to sell a few of his pieces. This platter is approximately 44m x 19.5cm - just add cabanossi! All hand crafted individually in Sydney.
