This is a blend of nearly all the white varieties the winery grows... Malvasia, Grechetto, Trebbiano, Coda di Pecora and Verdello. Spontaneous fermentation, aged in cement. Frozen must from original grapes added before bottling in the Spring. Re-fermentation in bottle. No added sulfur and no filtering or fining. Juicy.
