The powers of Pip of Copains Wine and Pat of Little Reddie combine to make the latest feel good hit of the summer.
Pip and Pat have shared two vintages together. In 2021 Pip thought to save some pressed skins from Riesling, Chardonnay and Nebbiolo. They refermented these skins to create a piquette. Which they forgot about, lol. Fast forward to today and we have a delightful fizz, left on lees for 18 months. Refreshing, bright and ready for your fridge. Summer will never end.
