2022 Pink

Hilltops NSW is one of those quintessentially Australian places. At the end of a day's harvesting, the sun blazes in the afternoon sky over this scorched terrain made of red decomposed granite soils and littered with eucalypts with the bark peeling off them. There's always a few roos hopping along through the vines for good measure. Because of this, and the strange combination of red varieties grown here, we decided to make Pink 2022 simply utilising "reds from Hilltops". We are not going to tell you what those varieties are, but we can tell you there are 5+ varieties in this wine. We can also tell you the result is a super juicy rosé full of notes of strawberry and watermelon that is so quenching and so moreish for sunny day drinking. As with all our wines, this wine is made from grapes only with no additives whatsoever. It is carefully made by hand with no big machinery and laboriously fussed over so the result is high quality and stable, eschewing the need for added sulphites.
