Notes from the maker - Louis - From Sam’s Eureka Vineyard in Woodside, an old gold mine, lots of quartz here. Savoury, but with loads of flavour, fully destemmed and pressed after 6 days into old oak. Sanguine, great balance here, testament to the right variety in the right place. Really good drinking. Loves air.
