Blend of Chardonnay from the Downer, Deanery and Balhannah & Joyce vineyards with soil types consisting of sandy iron stone, sandstone and sandy loam on clay. All hand harvested and destemmed and consisting of only free run juice. Transferred to a mix of French and Slovenian Oak then to stainless for eight weeks on fine lees. Flinty and zingy Piccadilly Chardonnay thats not going to cost you a motza. Textural yet crisp. Green apples for days.
