2020 Shiraz No. 2

From three Heathcote Shiraz vineyards.
With each vineyard being in three distinctly different micro-climates within the Heathcote GI, each hand-picked parcel of fruit adds a unique dimension to this wine. Medium body, lovely length with a tiny bit of liquorice that’s a nice little sweetener. Dark plum jam, without the sugar and at the same time maybe a bright little single blueberry that bursts in your mouth. White cardamon, maybe allspice, balanced and an elegance of something old world, not new.
