Thank you bar is a music and booze bar based in Collingwood, VIC. This is their collaboration piquette. Shiraz grape skin base, rehydrated, refermented. What makes this piquette a little different is Micah thought to take the next step and stirred in lees from six other ferments from 2021. Light, refreshing fizz that doesn’t hurt the head the next day.
