Our first release of rosé, young vines, Petrucci vineyard in the Vale, 2/3rds Touriga, 1/3rd Syrah, picked and pressed together. Uneven ripening meant great flavour and screaming acidity. Which allowed us to go hard with lees stirring in barrel, full malo, no filtration... Rosé with texture, freshness, that drinks well for days.
