Notes from the absolute legend that makes the wines, Kyatt Dixon..: The Pomoid apple cider is from the same property as my Riesling vineyard which was planted on a small apple orchard. I basically just picked, crushed and pressed the juice into barrel then bottled at about 9g sugar for fizz. Apple pet nat! It has a really nourishing full apple flavour with a bit of a Normandy straw and barnyard touch on the end. Was pretty happy with it and it’s especially good for a hangover.
