A blend of Riesling and Semillon from Saddlebags Hill Vineyard at the foothills of Blewitt Springs in the Mclaren Vale. 70/30 respectively, picked on the same day and left on skins together for a couple of days. Mineral, juicy and saline, all the good things we expect when something comes from the sandy soils of the Blewitt.
