2020 .Vers La Maison Rouge
Born and raised in the Savoie, Jean-Yves Péron studied winemaking in Bordeaux in the late 90’s.
After school he spent some time working for Thiery Allemand in Cornas and later with Bruno Schueller in Alsace, both of whom he considers his mentors. All fruit is organic and biodynamic. This is a direct press rosé of Mondeuse and Gamay macerated for 5 days. Lying in that fuzzy world between deeper rosé and light red it is lifted, zippy and mineral.
