Born and raised in the Savoie, Jean-Yves Péron studied winemaking in Bordeaux in the late 90’s.
After school he spent some time working for Thiery Allemand in Cornas and later with Bruno Schueller in Alsace, both of whom he considers his mentors. All fruit is organic and biodynamic. Mondeuse macerated for two months, then spontaneously fermented in neutral oak with indigenous yeasts. All the berries in this one. Blueberries, cranberries, strawberries.
