This means they are lighter and prettier than most of the wines we see out of Tuscany, and they also work with more obscure varietals than the traditional Sangiovese... Red fruits and energy galore here. Spontaneous Etruscan method (skin cap, no punch-downs) fermentation. 7-10 days on the skins, no temperature control. Unfined/Unfiltered. No added SO2.
