55 year old vines on white clay with crumbly schist and sandstone. Cold carbonic maceration, 16 days Elevage in used 225 litre barriques for 8 months. Licorice, mulberry and violets. The tannins weave softly and have a salivating edge. Earthy. Mulberries, raspberries and tinned beetroot. Precision, focus, opulent and elegant all at once.
