2021 Abyad Orange (1L)

Notes from the maker..:
There are light tannins, apricots, grip and minerality from the Mediterranean mist. Medium acidity. Refreshing. Salty. Perfect for summer. Natural wine with no sulphites. Sauvignon Blanc picked 1st week of August, partially de-stemmed, partially pressed, free-run juice added back on skins in stainless tanks. Left on skins for 3 weeks, an additional 2 weeks of maceration is done. Merwah is harvested in the 1st week of October, undergoes a slow ferment on skins for 3 weeks. It is then pressed and blended with the Sauvignon Blanc. The wines go through MLF naturally, they are racked twice before being bottled in late spring.
