    Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Sylvaner, Gewurztraminer - 40-yo vines - hand-harvested, gently stomped and shortly skin macerated. Maceration for 10 days separately on each grape variety (except Auxerrois 15 days) then pressing and blending, Aging in stainless steel vats for 10 months.
