    Etienne's tribute to his cat!
    Cálin means hug in French - and it's also the name of the winemaker Etienne's cat. This is a soft crémant rosé. A blend of chalky Chardonnay and soft Pinot Noir from Mt. Macedon. Fresh and well balanced.
