2022 Briscola e Tre Sette

Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo made from Montepulciano grapes, picked early and left a few hours in contact with the skins.
Direct pressed into stainless steel tank. Aged in the same container. A rosé that has always been drunk in Abruzzo, an emblem of the taverns where the days were spent playing cards, specially Briscola and Tre Sette. This wine is dedicated to Jacopo’s grandfather, who once use to bring Jacopo along to the local bar. Concentrated dark rosé. Strawberry, cherry and fresh spices. Savoury, straight and stoney edge.
